Recommended Posts

I missed the first half hour, but I have it DVRed, so I'll watch it tomarrow. I turned it on right before he found the cabin.

I've triad using Purell as a starter, but never got it to work.

The tip about willow tea was good too,.

I just figured out why I like Les Stroud's show so much.

He is calming.

He doesn't scream, yell, jump waterfalls, or act silly.  He just talks to you and he's honest about what he's feeling.  I like that!

Labrador tea is terrible though.  Of course, I don't like tea of any kind.  :puke:

I LOVE tea!  It really is my comfort drink.  I knew exactly how he felt when he drank his.  That's how I feel every morning when I have that first cup.

I wish I could get use to tea.  It's the most popular drink in the world.  Just tastes bitter to me.  I can't stand coffee either.  Never tasted it becuase I can't get paste the smell. :dead:

I've never had tea, but hope to be able to wait and have a good bush tea like that. What kind of tea do you have, Holly?

Is there a special trick to identifying willow?

The best tea we make now is Earl Gray tea. We bought on of those ice tea makers. It works pretty good.

I would have taken a 22 cal survival rifle instead of that long gun.

In the morning, I make a big mug of regular Lipton's tea with cream and sugar.  Sometimes I'll make English breakfast tea.  During the day, I'll drink Lipton's or oolong and formosa, Earl Grey, or Darjeeling.  I don't like green tea at all, it just tastes bitter and yucky to me.    And I LOVE sweet ice tea!  Of course, that's probably because I'm a southerner!
