I like opening the windows as well. Some fresh air, not too much though because we get the ocean currents pushing in pollution from the cities.

Sometimes I imagine looking at pictures of the mist decending the mountains of a time before when Anowala was new and fresh aha

I haven't but have seen an artist making a stand, he was in the process of sand blasting the softer part out to create relief and 3-dimensional effect. Very interesting.

During our last storm, I went down to the Susquehanna River and picked up a bunch of different sorts. I was thinking about using it for something, but not sure what. Any suggestions? The pieces average 12 to 16 inches long and about 8 inches in diameter.

I like working with fire on my bone and antler pieces, bring out interior patterns that are somtime quite exquisite.

How do you do this?

LOST, you could shave one side of the billets flat, then carve out a relief in the top face then drill candle sized hole to make a centre piece. Varnish of course.
