Crappie Fishing with Blair

Recommended Posts

Windy but nice day on Swan Lake with Blair. Its a members only private lake where Blair rents a lot. There is no limit on crappies and we managed to catch 58. The little survival fishing rod is the fountain pen rod in the sales thread and it works great. The bouncy picture with the bird flying is an Osprey. Sorry for the bouncing as the boat refused to sit still and the wind in the microphone.

That's some pretty crappie fishing! Using a crappie rod leads to crappie fish and just a crappie day all round! :) Hope you had a crappie dinner too. I can see Swede now, on the throne thinking "happy crappie!"

I managed to catch a few crappies on the fountain pen survival rod. It works fine for pan fish.
