~ What a cute coastal town!   I LOVE those Cape Cod style houses!

What a quaint community you get to work in Muddy! It's like a Big slice of Apple Pie

It's a nice little town. I'll get some shots out on the beach when it's not so hazy.

What a nice town, Muddy Pete!  I love it!

I can't believe how deserted the boardwalk was!  But if the temps were 105*F, I don't blame everyone for staying inside!  :scared:

Beatiful area Pete!  Is most of the land that you go exploring on open to everyone?  Or is most of it private?

It's vacant land or municipal property. I stay off private land.

Gotcha.  How do you know the difference most of the time?

Most places are marked with private property signs all over them. I check the places out ahead of time.

Ok.  Is there a certain agency that you can ask about peices of land?

I'm have access to tax maps because I'm a real estate agent. That helps me to know if something is township property or private. All of the pictures I posted were on properly owned by township and they don't seem to care unless you're poaching or some other illegal activity.

Cool beans.  Any idea where a normal citizen could get their hands on tax maps?

That is a good question. Possibly the county clerks office.
