~ That looks like some sandy, Near-saltwater, Black Water, Backwoods Bayou, low country right there! Where ARE you?  8|  Those are some Gorgeous photos!  :thumbsup:

 

Gotta love that Spanish Moss in the gnarly oak trees!  Gators in the water... Snakes in the trees! 

 

That looks like down home to me.  :P

Thank you!. Yeah, lol, some of all of that :) When Lisa and the kids headed home I came inland...staying on Treasure Island is too damned expensive to stay there alone :)

i just love that third picture, its so cool it almost looks fake  :woot:  great pics mist, hope you enjoyed your trip.

 

~ I loved that third pic too! That's just SO Florida woods to me!  Palms Galore! Moss covered gnarly oaks! Hotter than hell itself there (I bet). Sandy, sweaty, and very VERY loud. Especially at night.  :thumbup:

~ it looks like deep coastal wild Florida to me... or REAL deep south GA coastal plains.

 

Yeah, just a twenty minute drive to the coast :)

OMG has it been hot, heat indexes of 90 at 8 am, heat indexes of 100 by noon...so yeah, LOTS of sweating. Clothes completely soaked before noon. The mosquitoes are ROUGH too.

3rd picture is the best....the snake....well....dont like snakes that well but all are such good pictures....
